Dry-Aged Beef

Clover Hill Farms raises dual-purpose dairy and black angus cross cattle. Their steers are fed vegetable and fruit seconds from regional grocery stores, silage (fermented grasses), and a small amount of grain for exceptional flavor. This unique breed combined with the well balanced diet results in beef that is extraordinarily marbled and packed with flavor. We also carry grass-fed beef from Laidenschaft Farm who's cattle are regeneratively grazed on pasture.
