Our cornmeal is made from a unique open-pollinated yellow flint variety, for which we have hand selected seed over several years. With a noticeable sweetness, this whole grain cornmeal is perfect for making cornbread and other baked goods.
Our flours and cornmeal are stone milled which preserves the rich flavor and nutritional value of the grain.
