Spinach pasta is the perfect way to get kids (and adults) to eat their vegetables. An incredibly tasty and versatile pasta, substitute in any recipe that calls for spaghetti, linguine or fettuccine.
Ingredients: Semolina, Durum Flour, Water, Organic Spinach, Heirloom Garlic, Sea Salt
Cooking Instructions: Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add pasta. Boil gently for 4-6 minutes stirring occasionally to avoid clumping or sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cook to desired tenderness. Drain and rinse with water.
