Tagliatelle is a long, flat noodle that is similar to Fettuccine. It goes best with creamy sauces, but you can also substitute tagliatelle in any recipe that calls for spaghetti, linguine or fettuccine.
Ingredients: Semolina, Durum Flour, Water, Italian Sea Salt
Cooking Instructions: Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add pasta. Boil gently for 2-4 minutes stirring occasionally to avoid clumping or sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cook to desired tenderness. Drain and rinse with water.
