A quarter hog lets you try parts of the whole animal. A typical bundle will include the following cuts:
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 1 lb hickory smoked sliced ham
- 4 lbs Italian, bratwurst, andouille, chorizo, or breakfast sausage
- 2 shoulder roasts
- 1 loin roast
- 6 pork chops
- 2 coppa shoulder steaks
- 3 1/2 racks of spare ribs
- 4 lbs bacon
- 1 fresh hock
