Within a recommended total amount, you can choose specifically what meats you want to take for the week. An example pick-up might include 1 pound of polish sausages, 1 whole chicken, and a pound of smoked hickory bacon. Additional meats can be purchased at the pick-up site. All of our pork and chicken is flash-frozen and vacuum sealed so if you choose not to eat them that week, they can be kept fresh for over a month in the freezer.
