Our CSA members select their own vegetables, mushrooms, and/or meats at the CSA pick-up site. This differs from a typical pre-packed box CSA because we want you to take what you know will use. We do, however, encourage folks to step outside of their comfort zone and try things they're not used to... Like the fava beans or purple "Dragon's Tongue" bush beans we'll be growing this summer. Everything in the CSA is grown on our farm in Green Lake, Wisconsin.
Every Saturday from 11:00am - 2:00pm we roll out all of our freshly picked produce and pasture-raised meats under a canopy in a market-style fashion. Within a recommended total amount, our members choose exactly what they want for that week.
If you love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, value fresh and strikingly flavorful ingredients, then our Free-Choice CSA is probably a good fit for you!
